A dimensioned plan and references for furniture, materials and lighting. We agree on scope, price and timing.
- 02Getting started
A 50% deposit. Modelling, materials, lighting and camera views.
- 03Preview & revisions
First preview in 3–4 working days. Two revision rounds, each based on a consolidated list.
- 04Final images
After approval and the remaining payment, final renderings at 2500 px on the longest edge.

Additional revisions & changes
An additional revision round is $60 per room and covers minor adjustments within the original brief.
Major design changes are quoted separately before work begins.
About video presentations
Still renderings with lighting variations, edited with transitions and effects. First video preview in 1 working day with an existing 3D scene. Interior visualization is priced separately.
